At 12:01 am of their 18th birthday, a foster care teen is out of the system and all on their own, but that doesn't mean that they have to face the world alone. At Operation 12:01, we empower post-foster care teens and young adults with the financial education, life skills, and job training needed to sur"thrive" beyond the system.
Through our opt-in services and digital content program, we guide young adults on how to gain, guard, and grow income and life skills while unlocking a world of opportunities—including access to funded debit cards through NV Senate Bill 306, and the State Deputy Treasurer, and housing via Senate Bill 281
At 12:01 of their 18th birthday they are our of the system and need our help
