Who We Are
Awareness and Advocacy for Post Foster Young Adults and Organizations.
An operation is a coordinated set of actions, resources, and activities undertaken to achieve a specific goal.
Operation 12:01 is dedicated to supporting youth who must exit foster care at 12:01 am of their 18th birthday. We aid their transition from survival to 'surthrival' through awareness, advocacy, and scholarships/sponsorships while championing our post-foster partners.
With a commitment to raising awareness about post-foster rights and needs through engaging digital content, we strive to improve the visibility of issues faced by these young individuals, equipping them with essential support and opportunities, breaking the stigmas of foster care allowing them write their own story for the future.
